Cambridge NanoTech provides coatings services of a variety of materials, including Al2O3, HfO2, La2O3, Pt, Ru, SiO2, TiO2, WN, ZnO, ZrO2 etc. for many types of applications. The usual thickness of ALD coatings is below 1 micrometer.We have several ALD systems in our applications laboratory that we use for coating services. In addition to these systems we have a variety of analytical instruments in house that we use to analyze and optimize deposited films to insure for quality and uniformity.
